Four days special Yoga Camp held in Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra concluded 28/11/2023
Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra, a socio-cultural organization, organized Special Yoga camp, under the guidance of an expert teacher, Smt. Nalini Dhar Toshniwal from Japan. She is daughter of the soil & a renowned Yoga Teacher and exponent of Indian classical dance. The well attended Yoga Camp commenced on 28 November.
Yoga Day celebrated at Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra (21-06-2023)
An eminent Yogacharya Smt Nalni Dhar Toshniwal Ji from Japan coducted yoga session in connection with International Yog Divas on Wednesday, 21st June at at Sanjeevani sharda kendra jammu .
Interactive programme On Yoga & Classical dance organised in Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra Jammu.
- Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra Jammu, a socio-cultural organisation of the displaced Kashmiri Pandit diaspora, organised an interactive session on Yoga & Indian classical dance for its matra shakti in the Kendra today.
- The well attended session was held by daughter of the soil, Nalini Dhar Toshniwal, a renowned exponent of Kathak dance. Smt. Nalni Dhar is settled in Japan, teaching & propagating Yoga & Kathak beyond the Indian shores.
- Visiting Jammu specially to meet the women & daughters in the Kendra, she explained the various aspects of Yoga & Dance, especially its impact on mental & physical wellbeing of the person.
- She taught some subtle points to the participating women and assured to provide her help in fine tuning the yoga classes being held in the Kendra.
- Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra felicitated the visiting dignitary and presented her with Sharda Mata Chitra.
