An impressive function was organised by Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra at Ksheer Bhawani Asthpan Complex Jagti in connection with paying floral tributes to Vaidyaraj Shree Bhat and Mharaja Lalita Ditya. large number of Jagti inmates participated in the said Karikram. 

 Sh.Shiban Khaibri a well known writer and social activist was chief guest on the occasion. While paying tributes  Mr. Khaibri,  highlighted the role of  Vaidyaraj  Shree Bhat,of 15th century whose selfless sacrifice  made return and rehabilitation of lakhs of Kashmiri Hindues possible to their homeland in Kashmir. It was  during the reign of ancestors of Sultan Zainulabdin that almost entire Kashmiri Pandit community was made to flee from their ancestral land. 

Birth Day of Shree Bhat also coincides with the Vijay celebration day of Mharaja Lalita Ditya of 8th century. Mr. Khaibri recalled the bravery of Mharaja Lalita Ditya the King of Kashmir (724-761 AD) who spread his kingdom up to central Assia and is remembered  one among of the great Kings of the world. It is he who constructed  the Historical Suriya Temple at Martand (Mattan).

 Speakers thrusted upon the State authorities for incorporation of life biography of these great heroes (the sons of the soil ) in the state circular

Sh.Maharaj Krishan Koul a social activist from Jagti Township presided over the function. He stressed upon making our new generations aware of our rich culture and history. 

 

Sh D N Raina Genral Secretary Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra gave brief introduction of Kendra activities while Sh Satish Kumar Koul conducted proceedings. Prasad was distributed among participants on the conclusion of function.
